("us", "we", or "our").
Understand that access to and use of any of our Services is conditioned upon your review, acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, shared link invitations, subscribers, and others who wish to access or use the Service in any manner.
By visiting, accessing, subscribing or interacting with the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Should you disagree with any part of the terms and conditions then you accept that you do not have permission to proceed with access to any of our products and Services.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your legal names, your authorized credit card details: expiration date, CVV code, billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent, affirm and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right or ownership to the use of any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any single order and/or automatic Purchases; (ii) the details and information you supply to us are correct, true, and complete; and that (iii) you have ownership or legal authority to perform visits and access any of our services via a device in your presence and possession.
The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases such as app store subscriptions. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.
We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online CLIENT PORTAL account management page, contacting the app store your subscription was purchased through, or by contacting Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and all the necessary valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice. In the event of non-payment, Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) may revoke or suspend subscription service. Service restoration will resume upon receipt of alternate payment details or prompt account arrears resolution by client.
Fee Changes
Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your consent and agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Refunds
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC).
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is true, valid, accurate, complete, and current at all times. False, Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, malicious, vulgar or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) provides you with the ability to disclose certain information about yourself and others; it is solely your responsibility to use such technology in a manner suitable and appropriate for your intentions and purposes. Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) will not disclose or make available to any third-party, directly or indirectly, any of your confidential information including contacts, except in furtherance of your use of the Services, to enforce this Agreement or if legally compelled to do so. This information is only stored for the purposes of tracking, notification and ability to maximize your experience on the Majestic Media Solutions Website and App platform.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights ("Infringement") of any person or entity.

Anti-Spam Policy
We have a no tolerance spam policy. Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) customer support actively monitors large import lists and emails going to a large number of contacts. Any customer found to be using Majestic Media Solutions (Mukasa Venture Partners LLC) for spam will be immediately cut-off from use of the product. What is Spam?
